Pharmaceutical Products and Medical Sharps - Registration

REGULATION 2008-54 under the Clean Environment Act identifies pharmaceutical products and medical sharps as designated materials in New Brunswick. The Regulation states that no brand owner shall sell, offer for sale or distribute pharmaceutical products and/or medical sharps to a person in the province unless they are registered with the Board of Recycle NB. Brand owners are therefore required to register with Recycle NB.
