Recycle NB, a progressive waste management recycling agency, located in Fredericton, NB is seeking a bilingual individual for a minimum of six (6) months commencing on, or about, August 1, 2018 to oversee the compliance of Recycle NB’s designated materials recycling programs.

The incumbent will be responsible for the provision of advice and training to the public on their rights and responsibilities as consumers; ensure that industry complies with legislation in the regulated sectors; conduct investigations into complaints of alleged violations; competently respond to program inquiries and questions; as well as related duties as assigned by the Chief Executive Officer or designate.  The position is based in Fredericton but considerable travel may be required throughout the province including some overnight stays.  Business related travel expenses will be reimbursed as per the Province of New Brunswick Travel Policy.

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS: University degree in Business, Social Sciences, Environment, or similar discipline and three years experience within an investigative, compliance, regulatory, policy development, or related environment or an equivalency of education and experience.

Written and spoken competence and language capability in English and French is required.

Must possess a valid New Brunswick driver’s license.

SALARY: $ 1545 - $ 2157 Bi-Weekly
