Recycle NB, a unique, province-wide organization driven by a vision for a healthier and more sustainable environment located in Fredericton, NB, is seeking a bilingual individual for a minimum of one year to commence on, or about, January 7, 2019 for the development and management of communication strategies and objectives that will champion and promote strong brand identity and awareness.   

Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, the successful candidate will be responsible for, but not limited to, the development, execution, communication, and management of business and communication strategies, creative campaigns, social and digital marketing efforts, and processes that align brand identify with key business strategies;  plan and develop marketing and communication strategies, initiatives, press releases, social media content, communication policies and guidelines;  and negotiate and purchase the placement of creative campaign materials with media channels and agencies.

Education:  Bachelor degree with major course work in communications, advertising, journalism, marketing, public relations, public administration, or related discipline.

Experience: Minimum of five (5) years of experience within communication channels such as audio, social and digital media, advertising, publications, graphic designs, or events planning.  An equivalency of education and experience might be considered.

Essential Qualifications:

            (a) Written and spoken competence and language capability in English and French is required. 

(b) Must possess a valid New Brunswick driver’s license

Salary Range:   $ 2,131 - $ 2,977 bi-weekly
